1. Download the files of the activities suggested in the “Materiales Educativos Digitales” section and make copies for students.

2. Ask students, What was your hair like when you were younger? And How has your hair changed over the years?

3. Help with vocabulary and discuss their answers.

4. Tell students they are going to review physical descriptions: height, build and hairstyle.

5. Distribute the worksheet and set a time limit for each section.

6. Check answers in one section before moving to the next one.

8. Choose some students at random to share their opinions with the class.

10. Tell students to divide the work into, CROSS and DOWN and set a time limit.

11. When the time is up and if they haven’t finished their section (try to give them a short time so they can work in a different way), ask students to sit with other students working on their same section and finish the activity.

12. Check answers with the class by calling the section and number.

5. Monitor and offer help as needed.

9. Tell students they are going to write a two-paragraph description of a family member. You may want to review vocabulary of relatives.

10. Distribute the worksheet and ask students to first, draw the picture of that cousin, uncle, aunt, etc. they want to write about.

11. Elicit from students that when describing someone, it is possible to give a physical description as well as a description of personality.

12. Set a time limit and monitor the activity. If students need more time, you can ask students to finish it for homework.

13. Invite some students to read what they have written so far and make gentle corrections on the board for everybody to see what they can improve and correct.

14. Have some volunteers read their descriptions and say if they are like their friends
