An activity for students to practice making complaints about an appliance
Sugerencia de uso
1. Use the beam projector to show the image.
2. Tell students what other two kitchen supplies could have problems so they need to be taken back to the store for replacement or reimbursement.
3. Ask students to work in groups and write how to ask for both of them ( replacement and reimbursement)
4. Monitor the activity and ask students to present their plans to the class.
