Grammar activity for students to review action words
Sugerencia de uso
1. Download the file and make copies for students.
2. Distribute the worksheet and draw students’ attention towards the words on the right: action words/verbs.
3. Review the vocabulary with them and ask them to complete the crossword in order to find the secret message.
4. Monitor and offer help as needed.
5. Ask students to work in pairs and compare their crosswords as well as the secret message.
6. Ask pairs, to write 3 sentences in the present simple using verbs from the list.
