An activity for students to practice making complaints
Sugerencia de uso
1. This is the second part of the activity about the coffee maker. In the previous activity, the students were working on a complaint about this appliance that stopped working and needed to be returned,
2. Using the dialog they wrote and the feedback from other students, ask them to change some parts and get ready to role-play the complaint.
3. Monitor and offer help as needed.
4. Choose students at random to role-play and ask the rest of the class to listen and give more feedback. Then, repeat the activity by using the recommendations and improving their performance.
