HOLIDAY CONVERSATION QUESTIONS PART 2

A pair work activity for students to practice yes/no questions as well as WH_ questions to ask when talking to somebody about holiday plans

1. This is the second part of the activity that started in the previous session.

2. Students will use the worksheet with the information about holiday plans using WH_ or Yes/No questions.

3. Students then pair up with someone from the other group.

4. The students take it in turns to ask and answer the questions with their partner.

5. Encourage the students to ask follow-up questions when possible to gain more information.

6. When everyone has finished, ask the students to give feedback to the class on what they found out about their partner. Any

interesting findings can be discussed in more detail.
