Sugerencia de uso

1. The project to do is an oral complaint, so students must write a dialogue and present it to the class with a partner.

2. Show the video that illustrates situations where you may not be happy with your healthcare.

3. Brainstorm the class for situations like this. For example, you may think that your doctor or nurse did not listen to you, respect you or give you information in a way you could understand.

4. In pairs work to make a plan for the dialogue to make. Each pair must agree about:

• What complaint will you represent?

• What will be the characters?

• Who of the partners will represent each role in the dialogue?

5. Write three sentences in future tense to answer the questions and read them to the class, for example:

• We will present a complaint about a service in a hospital. I came with a broken arm and they made me wait for 3 hours to attend me.

• The dialogue will be between the customer´s service manager and the mother´s patient.

• I will be the manager and Claudia will be the mother. The conversation will be at the customer´s service desk.
